Documents Required:

All education certificates and Mark-sheets from 10th Class to the latest. (Original)

Passport size photographs (4)

Two set photocopies of the above mentioned documents should be submitted, duly attested either by Gazetted officer, notary public or Head of the Institution last studied from.
Note: Originals Documents have to be shown at the Time of admission and will be returned back at the same time.
Last date for submission of applications: 15th September 2011
Last date for submission of applications with late fee: 31st October 2011
